Adam's Birthday

Well, he's gone and done it.  He's turned all old on me.  Boo.  My chunky baby boy has turned into a 9-year old little man.  But luckily he is still my little sweetie :)

The most awesome ice cream cake ever!

Is he a boy?  Well, that smile is for a can of fart maker so yeah, I'd say he's a boy.

He's had a little too much bubbly.

It was so cute to see all the cards his friends made him with jokes and drawings.  Love it!

He just had a small party with his close friends and enjoyed his birthday :)

Laundry Room Finished!

We finally got our laundry room finished!  Yea!  I wanted it to look fun and cheery because I HATE doing laundry.

It used to be open basement so we put in walls...

 I originally wanted to go with turquoise and orange so I painted the mat (seen above) white and orange chevron print (seen below).  I was so proud of myself.  But it didn't match a cute painting I found. Boo-hoo! 

So, after making the laundry room we painted, put in baseboards, put up a wall cupboard, finished the floor cupboard (painted it, glued the countertop on, and painted the edges), put up a laundry pole, and decorated.  I LOVE it!

I have fallen in love with Staples' engineering prints that only cost $1.80 and can print photos 18x24 (see above).  So fun!
